Shipping & Return Policy


Orders are normally shipped within 3 business days, however this only an estimate and manufacturing time may increase depending on overall order volume. Orders are shipped using the U.S. Postal Service and a shipment tracking number is provided to the customer at the time of shipment. Good Karma T-shirts does not pay for return postage if you want an exchange or refund. Please read the size guide provided in each product description to accurately determine the appropriate size for your needs. When an order is issued a USPS tracking number and leaves our facility, any and all burden of damage, loss and liability becomes the responsibility of the U.S. Postal Service. If loss or damage occurs to your order in transit you must file a claim for compensation with the USPS Claims service.




All sales are subject to our 14 day return, refund & exchange policy. All refund and exchange request are subject to our approval and must meet certain criteria to be considered.  If you wish to return or exchange a product that you purchased from our store then you must use the Contact Us  feature on our web store and request either a refund or an exchange authorization. You must provide us your order id along with reason for refund or exchange. Exchange requests are accepted only to substitute a different size or color of the same product(s) that the customer purchased in original order. Upon approval of a refund or exchange request, Good Karma T-shirts will provide the customer with the Return Department’s mailing address for returning the product(s). All refunds are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Postage is non-refundable.  All return postage fees are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be received in new condition to be considered for a refund or exchange.
